  • Creating spaces where it's normal to show up alone and leave having talked to someone new or if you want to create alone, that’s cool too!

  • We aren't a pottery club or a jewelry club or a painting club. We're a let's try that club.

  • Your coaster can be crooked. Your mushroom can look questionable. Your necklace can be weird. We support it.

How it started.

Hi, I’m Jocelyn — the maker behind Central Oregon Craft Club.

I've always been someone who needs to be making something. Jewelry, silversmithing, sewing, upholstery, DIY projects — if I can learn how to make it with my hands, I'm probably interested.

When I moved to Central Oregon, I wanted to find more ways to meet people and build community that didn't revolve around the usual ways adults socialize. I kept thinking about how much easier it is to connect when you're sitting around a table doing something together.

So I decided to create it.

Central Oregon Craft Club started as a simple way to bring people together to make something new, and it's grown into workshops and creative programming throughout Central Oregon.

I'm still constantly finding new things I want to learn and make — and now I get to invite a whole community to try them with me.
